What you will do

• Design and maintain AI content pipelines that generate release notes, API documentation, and in-app help from technical specs.
• Build and refine prompt libraries and structured workflows to ensure high-quality, consistent output.
• Apply editorial expertise to review and refine AI-generated content for accuracy and brand voice.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure API documentation is accurate and aligned with current schemas.
• Embed content production into the product delivery lifecycle to capture requirements early.
• Coach team members on pipeline usage, editorial standards, and technical writing craft.

Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of technical writing or content engineering experience in SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated experience building AI-powered content workflows using LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Strong technical writing skills with experience in API documentation and developer guides.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Must be located in Austin, TX and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms like Pendo or WalkMe.
