What you will do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFI, RFQ, RFP, and tendering.
• Enforce procurement policies to ensure full compliance across all purchasing activities.
• Negotiate costs and payment terms while managing supplier performance and contracts.
• Analyze spend categories and market conditions to drive effective sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and drive KPIs like cost savings.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in general facility procurement for indirect materials.
• Proficiency in English and Malay (verbal and written) is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with financial figures.
• Knowledge of supplier management and sourcing best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of SAP.
