Lead Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Houston, Texas

Salary: $105,400–$115,900 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deliver custom enterprise-level applications and data-driven solutions.
• Lead small delivery teams and coach teammates in their technical and career development.
• Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune-500 clients across varied industries.
• Execute projects end to end, including estimation, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and delivery.
• Work with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as modern web, mobile, IoT, machine learning, AI, DevOps, and database technologies.
• Present solutions, findings, and demos to technical audiences, senior executives, clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience with technical leadership, coaching, project planning, estimation, task assignment, requirements gathering, or design.
• Ability to solve problems, implement innovative solutions, balance multiple responsibilities, and adapt to varied environments.
• Ability to explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or comparable experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
