Partner Solutions Engineer (Embedded Systems)

Annual base salary: $101,000–$143,000

What you will do

• Support strategic partners throughout the technical integration and deployment of hirify.global products and technologies.
• Translate partner requirements into technical specifications and proposed design approaches with Firmware and Software teams.
• Coordinate technical discussions with partner engineering, product, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Align integration approaches with hirify.global’s quality, performance, and reliability expectations.
• Provide system-level debugging and technical consultation for complex partner-platform integration issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, example implementations, and connectivity integrations for Bluetooth, USB, WiFi, and sensor interfaces.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in embedded software development or system integration.
• Strong embedded software programming fundamentals and system-level troubleshooting skills.
• Experience integrating embedded systems involving hardware and firmware components.
• Working knowledge of at least one communication protocol, such as USB, Bluetooth, or WiFi.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
