What you will do

• Design and build scalable software solutions to improve operational efficiency across the Services platform.
• Implement evaluation frameworks for MCP servers and tools within the ecosystem.
• Lead technical automation initiatives to support managed and operational services.
• Contribute hands-on to complex codebases, system integrations, and critical production workflows.
• Partner with Product Management and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance to drive engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full stack development experience with Python, VueJS/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangSmith.
• Experience with MCP protocol implementation and related standards.
• Solid foundation in system design and architecture for production-grade systems.
• Experience building data-intensive or service-oriented platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience building chat-based interfaces or agent-driven systems.
• Familiarity with C# or NodeJS.
• Experience with orchestration, automation, and event-driven patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures.
