What you will do

• Lead clients through workforce survey organizational mapping and data collection processes.
• Audit, interpret, and advise clients on organizational mapping design and reporting structures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure accuracy of survey setup and results.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, adhering to strict project timelines.
• Facilitate hierarchy reviews and obtain final approvals from clients.
• Provide support for service recovery and act as an effective cross-team contributor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, quality improvement, or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
