Quality and Product Assurance Manager (Space)

Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid arrangement with office/lab attendance at least 2–3 days per week and longer on-site periods during qualification test campaigns. Candidates must have the legal right to work in their chosen location.

What you will do

• Create and continuously improve processes for developing and producing space hardware and software.
• Drive quality and product assurance across operations and facilities.
• Support production, supply chain activities, and the industrialization of next-generation satellites.
• Represent customer needs in product and service design, development, and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish cross-departmental processes and synergies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, and product quality.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems applied to the space sector.
• Practical knowledge of ECSS standards and ISO 9001.
• Ability to identify and quantify risks and make decisions in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing and motivating people.
• Proactive, autonomous, self-directed, and self-motivated approach to work.
• Ability to use logic, analysis, and experience to solve problems effectively.
