PVD Equipment Maintenance Technician

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and process failures for AMAT Endura and Centura tool sets.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities according to standardized work documents.
• Analyze tool performance using SPC charts and FabGuard Fault Detection software.
• Document maintenance tasks and contribute to the improvement of standardized work procedures.
• Manage spare parts inventory and support area operations.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineers and process technicians on upgrades, recoveries, and qualifications.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience (or 7 years of NXP experience).
• Working knowledge of PVD processes and toolsets.
• Experience with advanced electronics, equipment installation, repair, and operation.
• Ability to read complex schematics and technical diagrams.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
