Product & Solutions Marketing Manager - Integrated Marketing

Salary: $59,600–$101,200 annually, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, industry monitoring, and client insight gathering.
• Develop customer profiles, personas, buying groups, positioning frameworks, and product messaging.
• Create product launch plans and coordinate cross-functional go-to-market and adoption activities.
• Evaluate pricing and packaging strategies using market conditions and competitive positioning.
• Create product collateral, sales tools, FAQs, product briefs, and battle cards using AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.
• Track engagement, pipeline contribution, win/loss trends, content utilization, and other performance indicators.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred and at least 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of product marketing, market research, and go-to-market strategy development.
• Experience with product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across product, sales, marketing, and client-facing teams.
• Experience with marketing technology, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools preferred.
