Manager, Content Strategy & Insights

Location: New York, NY, USA

Base salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop content strategies, thought leadership programs, and integrated campaigns aligned with business objectives and client needs.
• Translate complex investment concepts into compelling narratives across owned, earned, social, digital, and event channels.
• Build audience, market, and competitive intelligence frameworks to guide editorial priorities and content investment.
• Establish measurement frameworks, evaluate campaign and channel performance, and prepare executive-level recommendations.
• Improve content discoverability across search, AI-powered search experiences, and emerging content platforms.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled workflows for research, content development, audience insights, and marketing operations.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, investment marketing, strategy, or related disciplines within asset management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and client communications.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing and content strategies.
• Experience using data, audience insights, and market intelligence to inform decisions.
• Strong analytical, strategic, project management, writing, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with content management systems, analytics platforms, marketing technologies, and emerging AI capabilities; bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
