What you will do

• Execute operational strategy, regulatory compliance, and change management projects for banks and insurance firms.
• Provide support to Senior Consultants and Managers in the successful delivery of client engagements.
• Collaborate with global offices to leverage network knowledge and support cross-selling initiatives.
• Develop and share consulting best practices within the local team.
• Prepare high-quality materials to support business development and growth.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in business analysis within a management consulting firm.
• Consulting experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or Science.
• Must have valid work authorization in Singapore (Singaporeans/PR highly preferred).
• Strong documentation skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance, specifically within Front Office or asset management.
