What you will do

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with global objectives for the EMEA region.
• Lead regional marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to optimize pricing strategies, value propositions, and sales pipeline conversion.
• Manage and mentor regional marketing teams across multiple countries.
• Act as the regional voice in global marketing discussions and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track and report on KPIs to improve marketing effectiveness and revenue contribution.

Requirements

• University degree in electrical engineering or business administration with technical affinity.
• Minimum 10 years of sales or marketing experience in the Semiconductor Industry.
• Proven international leadership experience in cross-functional and cultural teams.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor markets, customer applications, and supply chains.
• Experience in high-level OEM contract negotiations and volume-pricing agreements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
