What you will do

• Define and lead the regional marketing strategy aligned with global brand positioning and commercial objectives.
• Oversee integrated execution across brand, digital, retail, PR, social, influencer, and esports channels.
• Manage the full regional marketing budget, ensuring financial governance and ROI optimization.
• Build and lead a high-performing, future-ready marketing organization through coaching and clear strategy.
• Embed AI-driven tools and advanced analytics into campaign planning, performance analysis, and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with global and regional sales leadership to drive go-to-market plans and retail strategies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Gaming industry experience is required; consumer electronics experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing substantial marketing budgets and complex brand environments.
• Experience collaborating across UK, Germany, and France markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage AI and data for decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
