Compensation: $240,000–$270,000 plus up to 25% annual bonus

What you will do

• Serve as the end-to-end program owner for sustainability solutions, ensuring profitability and operational viability.
• Drive the commercial transformation of technical services from a cost center into a revenue-generating growth engine.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to ensure unified strategy execution.
• Develop financial models, P&L discipline, and business cases to support investment decisions and margin expansion.
• Establish program-level KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to track performance and operational health.
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance and product integrity throughout the sustainability lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or Finance.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, program management, or P&L leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in MedTech, healthcare technology, or highly regulated industries.
• Strong financial acumen with experience building P&L models and performance dashboards.
• Ability to travel domestically and globally up to 25%.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• MBA or advanced degree in Business or Engineering.
• Experience with circular economy initiatives, reverse logistics, or refurbishment models in medical devices.
