What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with healthcare providers regarding program participation.
• Assist providers with registration, login processes, and assessment completion.
• Address inquiries related to scoring results and program requirements.
• Maintain high standards of communication and professional service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless provider support.

Requirements

• Active PRC License required
• Minimum 2 years of bedside or clinical experience
• Preferably 6 months of BPO healthcare account experience
• Excellent communication skills
