What you will do

• Manage the product lifecycle for ad sales and marketing execution technology across hirify.global's inventory.
• Develop multi-year product roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
• Drive strategic direction for existing products to align with destination architecture and rationalize legacy capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver company strategies.
• Monitor KPIs to drive improvement in the development process and the run state of all products.
• Provide systems support and troubleshoot issues to meet established SLAs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Ad Sales, traffic, promo scheduling, or equivalent role.
• Experience with Ad Sales pitch-to-pay stacks and marketing execution platforms.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in NJ and available for on-site collaboration at the HQ office as needed.
