What you will do

• Participate in data governance and finance transformation projects for leading financial institutions.
• Design and implement enterprise data strategies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams on process mapping, engineering, and documentation.
• Formalize requirements through user stories, use cases, and test cases.
• Provide data insights and recommend improvements for data consolidation and reporting.
• Support business development initiatives and share consulting best practices within the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore with full work authorization
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a management consulting firm.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Strong understanding of insurance or banking processes and data domains.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data quality management, and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with UML data modeling.
• Exposure to business technology solutions including SQL and Java.
