What you will do

• Develop time standards and wage incentive plans, evaluating ergonomic and motion efficiency.
• Analyze staffing needs and adjust labor requirements based on production demand and plant capacity.
• Conduct comprehensive job analyses regarding responsibilities, physical demands, and skill levels.
• Collaborate with Engineering on efficiency studies, plant layout improvements, and capital expenditure justification.
• Act as a key resource for production teams by supporting labor issues and grievance resolution.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on pay scales, performance, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environments working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in MOST, Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
