What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of middleware specialists, managing capacity, prioritization, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate delivery and operational support for integration and API solutions across business units and client environments, ensuring incident resolution and SLA compliance.
• Own the full lifecycle of data exchange and communication platforms (upgrades, patching, capacity planning, performance optimization, and documentation) with availability, security, compliance, and scalability standards.
• Drive integration and API governance, managing the API lifecycle (versioning, documentation, usage reporting) and ensuring compliance with privacy, security, regulatory, and architectural requirements.
• Partner with Architecture, Security, Data Privacy, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Application teams on solution design and platform evolution; manage expectations with business units, product teams, and clients.
• Adhere to enterprise risk frameworks by completing required risk activities on time and maintaining zero high-risk findings through timely remediation.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with integration technologies.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years in an iPaaS, ETL, or ESB environment (e.g., Boomi, Solace).
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and event-driven architecture.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

• Financial services experience.
• Boomi or Solace certifications.
