What you will do

• Oversee global Bible relationships by stewarding strategic partnerships with Bible publishers and Bible societies worldwide.
• Develop and execute strategies to build trusted relationships with publishers whose content is not yet available to app users.
• Lead Bible Partnerships initiatives that expand Bible availability and engagement globally.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize systems and processes that streamline workflows and improve tools for Bible Partners.
• Set service expectations and run a cadence to evaluate relationship health and address relational gaps.
• Lead team development by coaching Bible Partnerships Managers and designing onboarding/training systems for international contractors.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Elite relational skills with strong networking and a demonstrated passion for Bible engagement.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to explain complex processes and foster partnerships.
• Proven ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
• Strong process and organizational management skills to coordinate, structure, and provide direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
