What you will do

  • Develop reference architectures for refineries, mining equipment, and utility substations.
  • Influence specifications and guide EPCs and OEMs toward hirify.global system designs.
  • Own global strategy for infrastructure, processing, and extraction market segments.
  • Provide technical enablement assets like arc-flash mitigation diagrams and reliability guides.
  • Monitor industry standards and regulations to inform product roadmaps and positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales and FAE teams to drive design-ins and secure multi-product wins.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or Power Systems Engineering required.
  • 7+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, mining, industrial processing, or EPC project engineering.
  • Proven track record of design-in and specification influence.
  • Expertise in industrial power distribution, motor protection, relays, and surge mitigation.
  • Strong technical writing and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for customer engagements and field assessments.
