TL;DR

Product Management Manager (AI/Platform): Leading the strategy and delivery of AI and autonomy-enabled capabilities on the Helios Platform with an accent on API-driven workflows and autonomous execution. Focus on transforming insights into actions across machines and ecosystems through agentic execution models.

Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Dallas, TX; or Denver, CO. Relocation assistance is not available.

Salary: $147,760.00 - $240,110.00

What you will do

  • Define and drive the product strategy for AI and autonomy capabilities within the Helios Platform.
  • Lead development of AI-powered platform services, including intelligent diagnostics and predictive workflows.
  • Drive the transition from manual workflows to AI-assisted and agentic execution models.
  • Define platform capabilities supporting autonomous machine operations and closed-loop learning systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and domain product teams to align roadmaps.
  • Ensure software product execution and commercialization readiness across the digital ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing platform, AI/ML, or data-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (assistive, predictive, prescriptive, agentic systems).
  • Knowledge of cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure) and API ecosystems.
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Dallas, TX; or Denver, CO.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, or Industrial IoT and telematics.
  • Prior experience in business case financial expression and investment analysis.
