What you will do

• Manage end-to-end intake of third-party requests and ensure accurate data entry across tracking systems.
• Maintain and audit risk assessment records, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
• Support annual and ad hoc vendor risk audits by providing documentation and escalating workflow gaps.
• Monitor workflow adoption and escalation trends to recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate compliance training logistics, tracking, and internal communications.
• Support executive reporting on program operations and risk metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• 0-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or risk/compliance operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field.
