What you will do

• Resolve product issues and ensure smooth maintenance and upgrades of the Calypso platform.
• Analyze and replicate complex issues in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to track and resolve escalations.
• Provide configuration guidance and improve the overall client experience.
• Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in capital markets, banking, or financial technology.
• Strong understanding of fixed income products, credit derivatives, and market data.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Mexico City.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications such as CFA or FRM.
• Experience with risk management or financial modeling.
• Familiarity with SQL, Java, or object-oriented programming.
