What you will do

• Own and drive the strategic program roadmap across Live Games, including D2C initiatives and Central Tech integration.
• Lead cross-functional program execution, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies across multiple regions.
• Build and maintain integrated operational plans to track progress across complex, concurrent initiatives.
• Drive initiatives that improve Live Ops efficiency, including automation, ML/AI tooling, and process optimization.
• Establish and scale knowledge-sharing frameworks to enable best practice adoption across game teams.
• Lead executive-level reporting to provide actionable insights on program status, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, banking, business operations, program management, or product operations.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams.
• Must be based in Canada or Mexico City, Mexico to be eligible for this remote role.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on data and KPIs.
• English proficiency required for all documentation and communication.

• Experience working within free-to-play gaming.
• Familiarity with automation tools, workflow optimization, or operational scaling.
• Experience working with Central Tech or platform teams such as payments, identity, or CRM systems.
• Understanding of D2C, mobile gaming, and platform ecosystems.
