What you will do

• Generate mid- and long-term forecasts and take full ownership of network KPIs to monitor performance.
• Refine forecast calculation methodologies and monitor delivery promises for customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate the S&OP process and lead weekly forecast cycles, aligning Marketing, Planning, and Operations.
• Manage regular alignment meetings with external service providers regarding resource availability and capacities.
• Resolve ad-hoc backlog situations by optimizing balance between cost, speed, and capacity.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or SCM.
• Experience in the e-commerce or logistics environment.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• English: Business fluent (C1) required.
• Employment: This is a fixed-term position for approximately 12 months.

• Experience with SQL and/or Tableau.
• Proficiency in German.
