What you will do

• Lead and develop a global finance team supporting Manufacturing Finance activities.
• Oversee global processes for budgeting, forecasting, and standard cost setting.
• Govern month-end and quarter-end close activities for global manufacturing operations.
• Prepare and review financial forecasts, cost variance reports, and insights for business partners.
• Oversee financial modelling activities across the Integrated Supply Chain network.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP product costing and operations-related reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, product costing, or operations finance within manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Advanced SAP ERP experience related to product costing and operational reporting.
• Expertise in standard costing and financial modelling including NPV and working capital.
• Experience working in multinational environments with understanding of foreign currency impacts.
