What you will do

• Define and own the multi-quarter architecture roadmap for agentic data foundations including memory and context engineering.
• Design and ship production-grade systems capable of handling hundreds of millions of agent interactions.
• Lead complex, multi-team initiatives across Agentic AI and Platform organizations to drive technical outcomes.
• Translate complex platform trade-offs and customer problems into actionable insights for leadership and engineering peers.
• Mentor senior and staff engineers to raise the bar on technical judgment and architectural excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale data and ML infrastructure, including 1-2 years shipping agent-based or LLM systems to production.
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience spanning multiple organizations.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep experience with agentic frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
• Strong background in distributed systems, large-scale data processing (Spark, Databricks, Airflow), and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Must be based in the United States with the ability to work remotely.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science or Machine Learning.
• Experience building data platforms for real-time AI applications.
• Experience working with regulated or sensitive data at scale.
• Background in designing evaluation, tracing, or safety frameworks for LLM-based systems.
