Salary: $163,593 – $257,325

What you will do

• Own ambiguous, cross-cutting problems across the identity, policy, and AI governance landscape.
• Drive strategy and technical product direction for foundational primitives such as permissions, scoped tokens, and agent governance.
• Partner with multiple engineering groups to align fragmented ownership into a coherent product direction.
• Manage complex platform tradeoffs, prioritizing core substrate and migration-blocking needs over net-new surfaces.
• Collaborate cross-organizationally with Trust, Audit Log, and Central AI teams.
• Utilize wedge-driven delivery to establish real customer usage patterns before extending product surfaces.

Requirements

• Principal-level product management experience with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
• Deep expertise in platform or infrastructure PM, specifically within IAM, security, or policy domains.
• Strong technical fluency to effectively partner with senior engineers and architects on foundational primitives.
• Proven track record of solving multi-team problems where ownership is fragmented.
• Ability to translate deep platform work into outcomes relevant to CISOs, admins, and auditors.
• Must be based in a jurisdiction where hirify.global has a legal entity.
