What you will do

• Identify and explore opportunities for new mini-game experiences to drive engagement and social connection.
• Lead ideation, brainstorming, and conceptual prototyping to test new gameplay mechanics.
• Develop frameworks to ensure UX consistency and integrity across diverse mini-game features.
• Champion user testing by collaborating with research teams to define objectives and iterate on designs.
• Deliver comprehensive design documentation and requirements to Art and Engineering teams.
• Own working group results and solve cross-domain challenges to ensure alignment with product vision.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional games UX design experience.
• Proven track record of creating impactful social gameplay features.
• Expertise in game mechanics, player motivations, rewards, and framing.
• Strong ability to create and utilize prototypes to test and refine gameplay.
• Expert communicator capable of driving iterative processes and consensus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
