What you will do

• Manage end-to-end product testing and certification to ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.
• Coordinate agency approvals, including scheduling, reporting, and test plan execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, safety agencies, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain in-house test procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Review new product designs early in the development cycle to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Lead root cause analysis for any non-compliance issues identified during testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in electronics design and development engineering.
• Proven experience with consumer product safety, EMI/EMC, and RF testing.
• Strong knowledge of global market access requirements and product certification.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with environmental compliance requirements such as EU WEEE, RoHS, and REACH.
