What you will do

• Schedule modernization and connection works for residential and business customers to ensure smooth framework delivery.
• Manage project start and end dates in work management systems and update completion statuses or delay reasons.
• Communicate daily with customers, workforce, and stakeholders to confirm work details and arrivals.
• Enter scheduled work into databases and produce agreed programs.
• Assist in creating daily and weekly project whereabouts for teams.
• Provide accurate reporting as required by the management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Hemel Hempstead office.
• Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues via phone, email, and messaging.
• Experience in scheduling, customer advisory, project coordination, or sales administration.
• Proven ability to ensure data accuracy within management systems.
