What you will do
- Manage meeting calendars and scheduling for the Operations Team.
- Process contractor payments and invoice receipting within Salesforce.
- Raise and track project purchase orders for vendors and contractors.
- Coordinate regular meetings to review budgeting and invoicing updates.
- Compile and maintain reports on contractor workloads and project deliverables.
- Assist with the management of Streetworks registers and contractor licenses.
Requirements
- Must be based in London or able to work from the London office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- General understanding of the Telecoms industry is preferred.
