What you will do

• Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports to determine assembly instructions and material requirements.
• Assemble electrical systems and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, and conduit using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Run wire and cable according to schematics and blueprints.
• Adjust, repair, or replace electrical/electronic components to correct defects and meet specifications.
• Inspect or test wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits and record results.
• Mark and tag components for inventory tracking; perform cleaning and mounting/drilling/tapping tasks as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of related experience in assembly or a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for technical specifications and measurements.
• Basic understanding of tools (e.g., tape measure, impact drill, wire crimpers).
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform prolonged standing and repetitive tasks; must wear required PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, ear protection).
