What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC brake presses, punch presses, and lasers for sheet metal production.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure part accuracy and routing compliance.
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects and report quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain equipment and perform simple adjustments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support continuous improvement.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work onsite in Germantown, WI.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Understanding of safety practices and ability to wear required PPE.
• Must successfully complete background checks and pre-employment testing.
