Sheet Metal Worker - 2nd Shift

Location: Onsite in Germantown, Wisconsin, United States; 2nd shift

What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC brake presses, punch presses, and laser equipment to produce sheet metal components.
• Operate and edit CNC programs while following blueprints, work instructions, and routing sequences.
• Make basic machine adjustments, monitor equipment, and report operational issues.
• Inspect parts visually, identify quality concerns, and maintain accurate job status updates.
• Use hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate across departments, complete equipment certifications, and contribute ideas for workflow improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and safety practices.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around a manufacturing floor, and lift and push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
• Employment eligibility, background checks, and required pre-employment testing are conditions of employment.

Nice to have

• At least one year of sheet metal forming experience.
