What you will do
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for Navis software applications.
- Manage cases from initial report to resolution, collaborating with development and QA teams.
- Reproduce and isolate software defects using customer datasets or remote connections.
- Conduct on-site software/hardware upgrades and integration testing at customer facilities.
- Participate in a global 24x7 on-call rotation for critical issues.
- Manage assigned accounts through regular reviews and conference calls.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of N4 TOS product support experience, preferably in container terminals or logistics.
- Proficiency in networking, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Java, EDI, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills for client-server applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work shifts and extended hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with automation terminals.
- Knowledge of Core Java/Groovy.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools like Hyperic.
