What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 12-15 Partner Success Managers to achieve sales quotas.
- Conduct performance reviews, set expectations, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Guide the team in managing reseller relationships, cloud license transitions, and support escalations.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex partner issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer or partner-facing role.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate and present data-driven reports for strategic decision-making.
