What you will do

• Deliver high-quality, skilled in-home infusion therapy to pediatric patients.
• Provide clinical education and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Coordinate infusion timelines directly with patients and caregivers.
• Reconcile medications and supplies to ensure readiness for scheduled infusions.
• Communicate clinical updates and therapy tolerance changes to physicians and coordinators.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including documentation reviews and patient surveys.

Requirements

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Recent IV therapy experience required.
• Current AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Professional Liability Insurance (minimum $1M/$3M coverage).
• Access to a private, secured computer with reliable internet and phone access.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
