What you will do

• Manage patient check-in, registration, and check-out, ensuring a professional and warm first impression.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, cancellations, and educate patients on post-scan expectations.
• Serve as a primary liaison between patients, providers, and clinical staff to maintain efficient workflow.
• Prepare patients for MRI scans by explaining protocols and assisting with positioning for comfort and safety.
• Support MRI technologists in suite preparation and maintain a tidy, well-stocked clinical environment.
• Screen for contraindications and verify compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Must be located within 45 minutes commuting distance of the Redwood City clinic.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekdays and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or MedSpa.
• Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
