What you will do

• Develop and sustain ATE test solutions for SCE Edge NPU microcontrollers from concept to launch.
• Validate 1st silicon and deliver test programs and hardware requirements for qualification and characterization.
• Evaluate and promote new test methods to improve coverage, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Provide input on Design-For-Test (DFT) requirements to enhance test methodology.
• Manage test engineering deliverables while collaborating with global cross-functional teams and OSATs.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ATE test program development (e.g., Teradyne UP1600 or Advantest PS1600).
• Ability to plan, execute, and deliver results within project timelines.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
