What you will do

• Build and deploy autonomous agents using LLMs, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks.
• Integrate AI agents into enterprise applications, APIs, and workflows.
• Collaborate directly with customers to scope, prototype, and deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Optimize agent performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Implement observability, security, and guardrail mechanisms for AI systems.
• Contribute feedback and code to evolve hirify.global’s core AI platforms and frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to work from Wroclaw, Poland.
• Hands-on experience with Python and frontend technologies (TypeScript, React) for full-stack development.
• Expertise in building AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, agent architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices-based architectures.
• Ability to communicate technical value to executive stakeholders and manage customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, vector databases, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with agent orchestration engines like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Knowledge of data engineering tools such as Pandas and Spark.
