• Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

• For Sr. Associate role: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Insurance, or Finance.
• Language proficiency: English is required; proficiency in Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese is highly preferred.
