What you will do

• Perform quality control reviews of daily deliverables including investor registration and cash reporting.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring all deliverables meet established service level agreements.
• Provide guidance and support to team members regarding complex query responses and daily operational processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to mitigate risks and support departmental initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and foster a positive, collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in investor services processes or related financial functionalities.
• Strong client or customer service background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-quality standard environment.
