What you will do

• Accurately enter and process customer orders ranging from basic stock to highly configured products.
• Interpret product specifications and research technical drawings to ensure production accuracy.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and resolve order discrepancies or shipping delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
• Identify opportunities to drive process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain strict adherence to company health, safety, and conduct policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work on-site in Mesquite, Texas.
• Proficiency in math, geometry, and algebra.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, or architectural drawings is highly desirable.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
