What you will do
- Deliver market and competitive insights for defined focus markets and applications.
- Develop and evolve market segmentation frameworks and scenario-based forecasting models.
- Synthesize external research from industry sources into actionable internal insights.
- Build clear, decision-oriented presentations for the Business Group Management Team.
- Support strategic planning processes and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and strategic marketing training.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a market analyst in automotive, electronics manufacturing, or related technical industries.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office, BI tools, and AI tools for research and reporting.
- Proven ability to build and deliver decision-oriented presentations for management.
- Strong strategic marketing practitioner mindset with active listening skills.
- Technical mindset suitable for the semiconductor industry.
Nice to have
- Interest in automotive and e-mobility markets with a technical leaning.
- Knowledge of strategic planning methodologies.
- Experience in designing and building training materials.
- Experience with AI agentic tools for market analysis.
