What you will do

• Design and implement valuation processes for new products to ensure financial soundness and commercial viability.

• Provide high-quality actuarial reporting input, specifically for Solvency II and IFRS 17.
• Manage the transition of tactical business development solutions into strategic BAU processes.

Requirements

• Qualified actuary with professional experience in the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of Solvency II and IFRS regulatory and statutory frameworks.
• Experience in preparing capital reporting and financial information for internal and external use.
• Deep understanding of life and pensions products, markets, and competitors.
• Ability to work from Edinburgh, UK (flexible options available).
