What you will do

• Lead the design, build, and deployment of a new pricing model framework and supporting platform.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between pricing, underwriting, IT, and data engineering teams.
• Define and implement robust pricing processes, including model development, sign-off, and version control.
• Establish governance documentation, such as RACI matrices and workflow maps.
• Act as a subject matter expert in steering committees and decision forums.
• Develop and execute communication and training plans to ensure successful adoption of new systems.

Requirements

• Deep experience in pricing for London Market insurance.
• Strong understanding of actuarial modelling and pricing platforms (e.g., Excel, Python).
• Proven experience in pricing model or technology transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with underwriting processes and regulatory requirements for pricing governance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex technical topics.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and delivery-focused mindset.
