What you will do

• Transform strategic messages into compelling narratives, graphics, and presentation materials for leadership.
• Manage communication channels including intranet, email, and social media to ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Serve as project manager for major culture initiatives, strategic campaigns, and leadership events.
• Develop and maintain visual and verbal brand identity across all company materials.
• Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations that translate complex topics into clear, visual stories.
• Drive external content strategy on platforms like LinkedIn to enhance company reputation and visibility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, brand, or related functions.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong portfolio in visual storytelling and information design.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and project management capabilities.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and collaborating with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using AI tools for content creation.
• Must be able to work onsite in Seaport, MA with less than 20% travel required.
