What you will do

• Develop and align strategic Joint Business Plans with key retail clients to ensure effective service delivery.
• Conduct periodic business reviews to assess retailer objectives, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Build and lead executive-level presentations for C-level stakeholders regarding FMCG trends and shopper behavior.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned accounts, monitoring customer health and satisfaction.
• Identify and communicate growth opportunities in collaboration with internal analytics and insight teams.
• Facilitate the retailer onboarding process and manage cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Retail or related industries.
• Strong background in customer management, commercial, or marketing roles.
• Proficiency in Office/Google tools and CRM or business monitoring systems.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with hirify.global data and solutions is highly desirable.
