Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Drive financial results and exceed sales plans across the assigned territory.
  • Execute territory strategies to accelerate the growth of retail sales and new product launches.
  • Coach Beauty Advisors and counter associates through education and artistry to increase consumer conversion.
  • Lead in-store events and activations to build brand awareness and elevate local market performance.
  • Analyze BI Dashboard reporting to identify sales trends and productivity opportunities.
  • Recruit, hire, and train freelance demonstrators to support sales budgets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail or the service industry.
  • 3+ years of beauty or retail management experience; luxury department store experience strongly preferred.
  • Essential experience in makeup artistry.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and empathy skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint & Teams.
  • Must be based in Calgary, Canada.
